#273 - My Wedding Ring Hurts

Are you avoiding pain somewhere in your life? What if that pain was actually a gift from God? During an intense #my600replife workout, I started feeling tremendous pain from my wedding ring finger.

I wanted to take it off because it hurt, but I then I heard a voice that said, "Put your ring back on, because it hurts."

Today we discuss how increasing our capacity for pain, also increases our capacity for joy, love and light.
