What are the rules of your family? I asked this of my daughter Annie Grace and was blown away by her answers. When we give our children the opportunity to be conduit of divine revelation, there are tremendous gifts available.

Annie Grace's Thirteen Rules of The Family
1) Share.
2) Never, never, never give up.
3) Always tell the Truth.
4) Don't watch too much TV.
5) Practice & don't give up.
6) Don't eat a lot candy and, when you do, brush your teeth.
7) Always drink some milk and get strong.
8) Always go outside and when you see mosquitoes go inside.
9) Color drawing and given them to people we love, but not the bad guys.
10) Give love even to the bad guys.
11) Get strong.
12) Listen to everybody.
13) Obey God.

Are you burying the rage you feel? Suppressing your feelings, specifically your anger, can be one of the most destructive practices in life. The rage will be release somewhere eventually and I will likely not be at a time or place of your choosing. What if there was another way to deal with rage? What if instead of burying the rage out of fear it might destroy, we could release it in an effort to use it to build?
